摘要
作为中国民间剪纸三大流派之一、世界级非物质文化遗产,广灵剪纸不仅是中华优秀传统文化的重要载体,更是山西省广灵县推动乡村振兴的特色资源。以广灵剪纸为研究对象,从产业振兴、人才振兴、文化振兴、生态振兴、组织振兴五大维度,剖析其赋能乡村振兴的具体路径,揭示当前面临的人才断层、市场同质化、创新深度不足等现实挑战,并针对性提出强化人才培育、优化品牌建设、深化科技赋能、推动产业融合的对策建议。广灵剪纸通过“非遗保护—产业转化—价值输出”的发展模式,已在带动农村就业、增加农民收入、传承乡村文化等方面发挥显著作用,其经验可为同类非遗项目赋能乡村振兴提供参考范式,助力实现传统文化保护与乡村全面发展的协同共进。
As one of the three major schools of Chinese folk paper-cutting and a World Intangible Cultural Heritage,Guangling paper-cutting is not only an important carrier of China's excellent traditional culture but also a distinctive resource for promoting rural revitalization in Guangling County,Shanxi Province.Taking Guangling paper-cutting as the research object,this paper analyzes its specific paths to empower rural revitalization from five dimensions:industrial revitalization,talent revitalization,cultural revitalization,ecological revitalization,and organizational revitalization.It reveals the current challenges such as talent gap,market homogenization,and insufficient depth of innovation,and proposes targeted countermeasures and suggestions,including strengthening talent cultivation,optimizing brand building,deepening technological empowerment,and promoting industrial integration.Through the development model of"intangible cultural heritage protection-industrial trans�-formation-value output",Guangling paper-cutting has played a significant role in driving rural employ�-ment,increasing farmers'income,and inheriting rural culture.Its experience can provide a reference mod�-el for similar intangible cultural heritage projects to empower rural revitalization,and help achieve the coordinated progress of traditional cultural protection and comprehensive rural development.
