摘要
四川调味品类非遗健全了国家、省、市、县四级代表性项目名录和代表性传承人名录,设立了众多非遗博览园和非遗体验基地,开展了多种多样的非遗传播、传承活动,非遗保护传承取得了显著成绩。但同时,非遗保护传承还存在保护体系有待完善,保护措施不够全面,非遗价值需要进一步提升等各种问题。要不断夯实调味品类非遗保护工作基础,推动调味品类非遗与旅游融合发展,开发更多调味品类非遗文创产品,推动四川调味品类非遗保护传承迈上更高的台阶。
The list of national,provincial,municipal and county representative projects and the list of representative inheritors of Sichuan seasoning intangible cultural heritage have been improved.It has set up many intangible cultural heritage expo parks and intangible cultural heritage experience bases.It has carried out a variety of intangible cultural heritage dissemination and inheritance activities.Remarkable achievements have been made in the protection and inheritance of intangible cultural heritage.But at the same time,there are still many problems in the protection and inheritance of intangible cultural heritage,such as the protection and inheritance system needs to be improved,the protection measures are not comprehensive enough,and the value of intangible cultural heritage needs to be further improved.We should continue to consolidate the foundation of intangible cultural heritage protection of seasoning products,promote the integrated development of intangible cultural heritage of seasoning products and tourism,develop more intangible cultural and creative products of seasoning products,and promote the intangible cultural heritage protection and inheritance of seasoning products in Sichuan to a higher level.
