摘要
随着工业4.0时代的到来,工业大数据作为推动制造业转型升级的核心动力,为制造业的数字化转型注入了强大的动力。对工业大数据相关理论进行概述,分析了工业大数据在制造业转型升级中生产优化、供应链协同、产品定制与创新以及设备故障预测与维护等关键应用,并从应用场景、基础设施、数据资源、生态资源要素以及产业集聚等多角度对工业大数据发展前景进行分析和预测,以期能更好地挖掘工业大数据的潜在价值,为制造业的智能化、网络化、服务化转型提供有力支持。
With the arrival of Industry 4.0 era,industrial big data,as the core power to promote the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry,has injected a strong impetus for the digital transformation of the manufacturing industry.This paper mainly provides an overview of industrial big data related theories,in-depth analysis of industrial big data in manufacturing transformation and upgrading of production optimization,supply chain collaboration,product customization and innovation,as well as equipment failure prediction and maintenance and other key applications,and from the application scenarios,infrastructure,data resources,ecological resources elements and industrial clustering and other perspectives of the development prospects of industrial big data analysis and prediction,in order to be able to betterIt also analyses and predicts the development prospect of industrial big data from multiple perspectives,such as application scenarios,infrastructure,data resources,ecological resource elements and industrial agglomeration,with a view to better exploring the potential value of industrial big data and providing powerful support for the intelligent,networked and service-oriented transformation of manufacturing industry.
