摘要
对服贸优势下义乌新能源汽车产业全链创新发展路径进行深入分析,针对存在问题提出一系列对策与建议。首先,梳理了相关理论,深入剖析了国家及地方的扶持政策。明晰了产业创新以及产业链与创新链融合的关键意义,为后续研究筑牢根基。其次,针对义乌新能源汽车产业链创新链的发展现状进行考察,发现产业链在各个环节虽有所进展,但在原材料供应的稳定性、整车制造的核心技术、销售与服务的完善程度等方面仍存挑战。创新链在技术创新、平台搭建以及人才创新等领域虽有一定成果,但也存在诸如核心技术依赖外部、创新平台协同不足、高端创新人才匮乏等问题。最后,提出一系列发展对策,期望为义乌新能源汽车产业探寻出全链创新发展的高效路径,未来还需要更多实证研究与政策评估,以检验所提对策的有效性和可行性。
Yiwu new energy automobile industry under the advantage of trade in services is analysed in depth,and a series of countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to address the existing problems.First of all,the relevant theories are systematically sorted out,and the national and local support policies are deeply analysed.The key significance of industrial innovation and the integration of industrial chain and innovation chain is clarified to build a solid foundation for the subsequent research.Secondly,the development status of the innovation chain of Yiwu new energy automobile industry chain is examined,and it is found that although the industry chain has made progress in various links,there are still challenges in the stability of raw material supply,the core technology of vehicle manufacturing,and the degree of perfection of sales and service.Although the innovation chain has achieved some results in the fields of technological innovation,platform construction and talent innovation,there are also problems such as the dependence on external core technologies,insufficient synergy of innovation platforms,and a lack of high-end innovative talents.Finally,a series of development countermeasures are put forward,expecting to explore an efficient path of whole-chain innovation and development for Yiwu new energy automobile industry,and more empirical researches and policy evaluations are needed in the future to test the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed countermeasures.
