摘要
为了提高橡胶沥青混合料的使用性能,研究选用玻璃纤维(GF)和木质素纤维(LF)进行单掺、混掺配比优化设计,然后基于一系列室内试验,系统分析了在不同混掺比例及掺量条件下两种纤维对橡胶沥青混合料路用性能的影响规律。结果表明,GF、LF纤维的单掺或混掺都有利于提升橡胶沥青混合料的路用性能与疲劳性能,单掺LF纤维对混合料水稳定性的改善效果优于单掺GF纤维,但单掺GF纤维对其它各项性能的改善效果均较于单掺LF纤维更优;较于两种单掺纤维而言,掺入适宜比例及掺量的混掺纤维对橡胶沥青混合料各项性能的改善效果更优;推荐采用掺量为0.3%、比例为玻璃纤维∶1木质素纤维=2∶1的混掺纤维可进一步提升橡胶沥青混合料的的服役质量及使用性能。
In order to improve the performance of rubber asphalt mixture,glass fiber(GF)and lignin fiber(LF)were selected to optimize the ratio of single blending and blending,and then based on a series of laboratory tests,the influence of the two fibers on the road performance of rubber asphalt mixture under different mixing ratios and dosages was systematically analyzed.The results showed that the single or mixed blending of GF and LF fibers was beneficial to improve the road performance and fatigue performance of rubber asphalt mixture,and the improvement effect of single doped LF fiber on the water stability of the mixture was better than that of single doped GF fiber,but the improvement effect of single doped GF fiber on other properties was better than that of single doped LF fiber.Compared with the two kinds of mono-mixed fibers,the mixed fibers with appropriate proportion and amount of mixed fibers had a better effect on the improvement of the properties of rubber asphalt mixture.It was recommended to use a blended fiber with a content of 0.3%and a ratio of glass fiber∶1 lignin fiber=2∶1,which can further improve the service quality and service performance of the rubber asphalt mixture.
