水性环氧复合改性乳化沥青微表处路用性能研究

摘要 为系统评估水性环氧复合改性乳化沥青微表处的路用性能,自行设计微表处高温车辙试验、复合试件斜剪试验和干湿循环湿轮磨耗试验,从抗车辙性能、与基面粘结性、长期耐磨耗性能和抗滑性能等方面综合分析水性环氧复合改性乳化沥青微表处的性能。试验结果表明:水性环氧复合改性乳化沥青微表处具有优良的抗车辙性能,其常温条件下的轮辙宽度变形率(PLD)、深度变形率(PVD)分别为SBR微表处的25%和34%,60℃条件下车辙深度为SBR改性乳化沥青微表处的43%。水性环氧树脂能够提高微表处与沥青混凝土、水泥混凝土基面的粘结性和长期耐磨耗性能。 In order to systematically evaluate the micro-surfacing pavement performance of the waterborne epoxy composite modified emulsified asphalt,the high-temperature rutting test,composite specimen shearing test and wet-wheel abrasion test in wetting-drying cycle are designed.And the micro-surfacing performance of the waterborne epoxy composite modified emulsified asphalt is comprehensively analyzed from the aspects of rutting resistance,adhesion to the base surface,long-term abrasion resistance and skid resistance.The testing results show that:the micro-surface of the waterborne epoxy composite modified emulsified asphalt has excellent rutting resistance,at normal temperature the rutting width deformation rate(PLD)and depth deformation rate(PVD)are 25%and 34%of the SBR micro-surface respectively,and at the temperature condition of 60℃,the rutting depth is 43%of that at the SBR micro-surface.The waterborne epoxy resin can improve the adhesion between micro-surface and asphalt concrete base surface,and between micro-surface and cement concrete base surface and its long-term abrasion resistance.
