公路修补用的改性沥青配比优化及施工工艺改进研究 被引量:1

摘要 为提高公路修补沥青材料的耐久性和环保性,本试验以SK-90基质沥青为基体,添加再生橡胶颗粒、脱硫锰渣等材料,制备一种沥青混合料,并对沥青配比进行优化,同时就制备的沥青混合料的生产、运输、摊铺、压实、质量检测等全流程施工工艺进行探讨。结果表明,当油石比为4.8%、再生橡胶颗粒添加量为14%时,沥青混合料的综合性能较好,此时材料的马歇尔稳定度为8.36 kN,飞散损失为7.86%,可以满足施工质量的检测要求。综上,这种沥青混合料具有稳定性、抗松散性的优点,且利用了废旧橡胶和工业废渣,有着较好的环保效益,可为公路修补用沥青材料的发展提供参考。 In order to improve the durability and environmental protection of asphalt materials for highway repair,this experiment uses SK-90 matrix asphalt as the matrix,adding recycled rubber particles,desulfurization manga⁃nese slag and other materials to prepare an asphalt mixture,and optimizes the asphalt ratio.At the same time,the whole process construction technology of production,transportation,paving,compaction and quality inspection of the prepared asphalt mixture is discussed.The results show that when the oil-stone ratio is 4.8%and the amount of recycled rubber particles is 14%,the comprehensive performance of the asphalt mixture is better.At this time,the Marshall stability of the material is 8.36 kN,and the flying loss is 7.86%,which can meet the detection require⁃ments of construction quality.In summary,this asphalt mixture has the advantages of stability and anti-loosening,and uses waste rubber and industrial waste residue,which has good environmental benefits and can provide refer⁃ence for the development of asphalt materials for highway repair.
