摘要
研究旨在了解广西野生猕猴甲型肝炎病毒(HAV)、乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)、丙型肝炎病毒(HCV)和戊型肝炎病毒(HEV)感染情况。采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)对广西某自然保护区67只野生猕猴血清样本进行HAV-免疫球蛋白M(IgM)抗体、HEV-IgM抗体、HCV抗体和HBV表面抗原(HBsAg)检测,采用PCR荧光探针法检测血清样本HAV、HBV、HCV和HEV核酸。结果显示,HBsAg及HCV抗体均为阴性,HAVIgM抗体、HEV-IgM抗体阳性率分别为1.49%(1/67)、4.48%(3/67);未检出HAV、HBV、HCV核酸,HEV核酸阳性率为1.49%(1/67)。研究表明,广西野生猕猴可感染或携带HAV、HEV,未检出HBV、HCV阳性个体。
This study aimed to investigate the prevalence of hepatitis A virus(HAV),hepatitis B virus(HBV),hepatitis C virus(HCV),and hepatitis E virus(HEV)infections in wild macaques in Guangxi.Serum samples from 67 wild macaques in a Guangxi nature reserve were tested for HAV-immunoglobulin M(IgM)antibodies,HEV-IgM antibodies,HCV antibodies,and HBV surface antigen(HBsAg)using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Nucleic acids of HAV,HBV,HCV,and HEV were detected using PCR fluorescent probe assays.Results showed that HBsAg and HCV antibodies were all negative.The positive rates for HAV-IgM and HEV-IgM antibodies were 1.49%(1/67)and 4.48%(3/67),respectively.No HAV,HBV,or HCV nucleic acids were detected,while HEV nucleic acid positivity was 1.49%(1/67).The study indicates that wild macaques in Guangxi can be infected with or carry HAV and HEV,but no HBV or HCV positive individuals were detected.
