摘要
宠物的个体气味主要来源于气味腺、唾液、尿和粪便等,与细菌、寄生虫、病毒接触会直接影响气味物质的形成,使宠物产生臭味。氨气是宠物臭味的主要来源之一。由于蛋白质和氨基酸的降解可产生氨,当其浓度超过1000 mg/kg时,对人体和宠物的伤害变得明显。氨作为一种碱性物质,对皮肤组织具有一定的腐蚀性和刺激性,会引起皮肤发红、瘙痒、灼热感等轻微刺激症状。本研究制备了以FS复合生物酶、柿子提取液、苦参根提取液和PHMB等为主要成分的宠物除臭喷雾,并通过除臭试验、抑菌率检测和皮肤刺激性试验对其性能进行了验证。结果表明:该宠物除臭喷雾对氨气的清除率高达98.40%,具有显著的除臭效果;对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和白色念珠菌的抑菌率均超过99.99%,有较强抑制效果;通过皮肤刺激性试验证明样品无刺激性。
The individual odors of pets primarily originate from scent glands,saliva,urine,and feces.Contact with bacteria,parasites,and viruses directly influences the formation of odor-causing substances,leading to malodors in pets.Ammonia(NH3)is one of the main contributors to pet odors.Protein and amino acid degradation generates ammonia,and when its concentration exceeds 1,000 mg/kg,it poses significant harm to both humans and pets.As an alkaline compound,ammonia exhibits corrosive and irritating properties toward skin tissues,causing mild symptoms such as redness,itching,and burning sensations.This study developed a pet deodorant spray formulated with FS composite bio-enzymes,persimmon extract,Sophora flavescens root extract,and polyhexamethylene biguanide(PHMB),and validated its performance through deodorization tests,antibacterial rate assays,and skin irritation experiments.The results demonstrated that the spray achieved an NH3 removal rate of 98.4%,indicating remarkable deodorizing efficacy.It exhibited strong antibacterial effects,with inhibition rates exceeding 99.99% against Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus,and Candida albicans.Skin irritation tests confirmed the non-irritating nature of the formulation.
