除臭材料及其施用方式对猪舍空气净化效果的研究 被引量:10

摘要 选择40日龄的杜长大三元断奶仔猪90头,随机分为3个处理组,每组30头,分别 作为对照组,试验1组,试验2组。试验1组饲料中添加1.5%沸石粉,并在猪舍地面撒布煤灰 粉(1 kg/m2),每天撒3次。试验2组在猪舍地面撒布沸石粉+EM制剂混合物(1 kg/m2),每 天撒3次。结果表明:试验1组和试验2组与对照组相比,NH3、CO2和H2S浓度分别降低27. 27%、11.11%和35.00%;45.46%、16.67%和56.67%,除臭效果较好,试验1组与对照组平 均日增重差异不显著,而试验2组与对照组的平均日增重差异显著(P<0.05)。 90 weanling pigs (Duroc × Landrace × Large Yorkshire) with 40 days old were divided into three groups randomly, which were control, test1 and test2,and each group had 30 pigs. In test1, 0. 5 zeolite powder was added to feed and the piggery floor was couered with tine coal ash(1kg/m^2)three times every day; In test2, mixture of zeolite powder and EM preparation agent with 1 kg per m^2, three times every day. The results showed that both test1 and test2 had better deodorant effects. Concentrations of NH3,CO2 and H2S in piggery were lower than control in testl with 27. 27%, 11. 11% and 35.00M respectively; Concentrations of NH3, CO2 and H2S in piggery were lower than control in test2 with 45.46M, 16. 67M and 56. 67%, respectively. There was no significant different for average daily gain (ADG) between testl and control group. However there was a significant difference (P〈0. 05) for average daily gain (ADG) between testl and control group.
