摘要
研究目的:总结2024年国内外土地资源利用与空间规划领域研究进展,展望2025年国内研究趋势。研究方法:文献调查法。研究结果:2024年国内研究主要集中于土地资源优化配置影响与实施路径、多维安全保护与生态效应评价、绿色低碳土地利用理论及模式创新、土地利用优化模拟与驱动机制、可持续国土空间规划、国土空间规划管理与保障制度等方面;国外研究主要集中于土地资源协同管理路径、土地动态监测、土地利用动态变化与环境影响、用地管理政策评估、可持续空间规划方法、空间规划管理制度等方面。研究结论:2024年土地资源利用与空间规划领域在土地资源优化配置的影响与实施路径、土地资源多维安全保护与动态监测、绿色低碳土地利用、用地管理调控机制和优化模拟、空间规划方法与管理保障等方面取得了一定进展。2025年将重点关注土地资源多维安全保护与协同管理、土地资源优化配置实践评估、绿色低碳土地利用优化模拟、“双碳”目标导向下绿色用地效率提升、服务生态文明建设与新质生产力发展的国土空间规划实践探索、国土空间规划实施监督管理等研究方向。
The purposes of this study are to summarize the research progress in the field of land resource use and spatial planning at home and abroad in 2024,and to explore the domestic research trend in 2025.The research method is literature review.The research results show that the domestic research mainly focuses on the impact and implementation path of optimal allocation of land resources,multi-positional security protection of land resources and evaluation of ecological effects,new theory and new mode of green and low-carbon land use,optimization simulation and driving mechanism of land use,sustainable territorial space planning,and territorial space planning management and safeguard system,etc.in 2024.The international research mainly focuses on the path of synergistic management of land resources,land resources dynamic monitoring,land use dynamic change and environmental impact,multidimensional land use management policy assessment,sustainable spatial planning methods,spatial planning management system and other aspects.In conclusion,the field of land resources use and spatial planning has made some progress in 2024,particularly in the impacts and implementation paths of optimal allocation of land resources,multidimensional security protection and dynamic monitoring of land resources,green and low-carbon land use,land use management regulation mechanism and optimization simulation,spatial planning methods and management guarantee,etc.In 2025,the research will focus on multidimensional security protection and synergistic management of land resources,practical assessment of optimal allocation of land resources,optimization simulation of green and low-carbon land use,enhancement of green land use efficiency under the guidance of the"dual-carbon"goal,practical exploration of territorial space planning to serve the construction of ecological civilization and the development of new production forces,and supervision and management of implementation of territorial space planning,and other research directions.
