深层潜山凝析气井完井管柱和工艺优化研究与应用

摘要 渤中19-6潜山凝析气藏具有高温、高汽油比、高腐蚀性特点,对完井井下工具和完井管柱方案设计带来极大挑战。为此,结合理论研究和现场实践经验,以保障全生命周期井筒完整性为基本原则,不断优化完井管柱和完井工艺,形成了适用于深层潜山气井安全高效开发的完井管柱方案和完井工艺,为深层潜山油气藏完井设计和施工提供了重要依据。 The Bozhong 19-6 buried hills condensate gas reservoir exhibits profound burial and fracture development.Serious lost circulation and high well control risk are caused by the reservoir’s high temperature,high gas-oil ratio,and very corrosive properties.The completion string and completion technology applicable to the safe and efficient development of deep-buried hills condensate gas wells have been formed,which provide an important basis for the design and construction of completion in deep-buried hills reservoirs and are of popularization significance.
