:以捷克程控六角车床为例 ,介绍了可编程序控制器在机床改造中的应用 ,提供了详尽的工作原理和改造方案 ,该方案是由 PLC控制 2 4 V小型继电器 ,再由该继电器控制电气执行元件 。
Take turret lathe made in czechoslovakia for example, the application of programmable logic controller in machine tool improvement is introduced, and the working principle and improvement scheme are fully detailed in this paper. According to the scheme, electric activators are controlled by a small 24V relay which is controlled by PLC, while the complicated control of middle relay is done through program.
