摘要
渤海某气田孔店组和潜山地层非均质性强,抗压强度高,研磨性强。在深入分析渤海深部复杂地层特点的基础上,开展提速工具的破岩机理实验研究及钻头工作状态仿真分析,形成适用于该区块提速工具适应性评价与优选推荐方案。应用该技术后,该气田硬地层机械钻速提升至5.72 m/h,较应用前增加21.1%,为保障该区块安全快速、高效、经济开发生产提供了技术保障。
The reservoir formations of the Donghai gas field in the Kongdian Formation and the Yanshan Formation have strong heterogeneity and high compressive strength,as well as high abrasiveness.Based on an in-depth analysis of the complex geological characteristics of the deep part of the Donghai Basin,this paper conducts experimental research on the rock-breaking mechanism of the speed-up tool and simulates the working state of the drill bit to form a suitable and recommended solution for the adaptability evaluation and selection of the speed-up tool in the block.After the application of this technology,the mechanical drilling speed in the hard formation of the gasfield was increased to 5.72 m/h,an increase of 21.1%compared with before the application,providing technical assurance for the safe,fast,efficient,and economical development of the block.
