摘要
数据价值化能力代表赋予数据要素商业价值、推动数据资产创新应用的潜能,为提升全球价值链韧性注入新的强劲驱动力。文章利用2016—2021年57个国家的“国家—行业—年份”三维面板数据,考察数据价值化能力对全球价值链韧性的影响及其机制。研究发现:数据价值化能力的提高能够显著提升全球价值链韧性,该结论在经过一系列稳健性检验和内生性处理后依然成立;针对制造业、价值链上游行业和发达国家,数据价值化能力对全球价值链韧性的提升效应更显著;增强产业关联、促进技术创新和改善资源配置效率是数据价值化能力促进全球价值链韧性提升的作用机制。文章的研究结论为中国充分利用数据价值化能力来提升全球价值链韧性提供了重要参考。
The capability of valorizing data represents a country′s potential to add value to the data factor market and to promote the innovative application of data assets,thereby injecting a new and powerful driving force to enhance global value chain resilience.This paper examines the impact of the capability of valorizing data on global value chain resilience and the mechanism,using three-dimensional panel data at the"country-industry-year"level for57countries from2016to2021.The finding of this study are as follows:the improvement of the capability of valorizing data can significantly enhance global value chain resilience,and this conclusion still holds after a series of robustness tests and endogenous test;the effect of the capability of valorizing data on global value chain resilience is more pronounced in manufacturing industries,upstream industries of the global value chain and developed countries;the enhancement of industrial correlation,the promotion of technological innovation and the improvement of resource allocation efficiency are the key mechanisms through which the capability of valorizing data contributes to global value chain resilience.The findings of the article provide important theoretical support for fully utilizing the capability of valorizing data to enhance global value chain resilience in the digital economy era.
