摘要
本文为回顾性研究,遵守《赫尔辛基宣言》,经过兰州大学第二医院伦理委员会批准,免除受试者知情同意,批准文号:2023A-169。患者女,21岁,因“间断性背部疼痛半年”就诊于我院。患者于半年前无明显诱因出现背部疼痛症状,呈间断性发作,偶有双下肢一过性发软。
