煤矿掘进工作面回风顺槽过裂隙带技术研究

摘要 受风氧化影响,煤矿工作面回风顺槽煤体明显发软,且呈现破碎状态,因淋水造成漏顶等问题。为解决该类问题,技术人员决定在该区域打设临时超前支护。结合煤矿掘进和支护作业,选择矿用工字钢梯形棚作为临时支护,以强化巷道围岩稳固性。根据检测,可发现14 d后,顶板离层量逐渐稳定,不同观测点的最大离层量为14 mm,确保了巷道围岩的稳定性。 Due to the influence of wind oxidation,the coal body in the return air gateway of the coal mine working face has significantly softened and appeared in a broken state,causing problems such as roof leakage due to water spraying.To solve this type of problem,technicians decided to set up temporary advance support in the area.Combining coal mine excavation and support operations,a mining I-shaped steel ladder shed was selected as temporary support to enhance the stability of the surrounding rock of the roadway.According to the inspection,it can be found that after 14 d,the amount of roof separation gradually stabilized,and the maximum separation amount at different observation points was 14 mm,ensuring the stability of the surrounding rock of the tunnel.
