摘要
医患双方是所有诊疗活动的行为主体,所有诊疗活动在本质上都是医患双方的互动过程,有关双向转诊的诸多政策设计与管理举措都需要通过对医患双方的转诊行为决策产生影响来发挥作用。通过对相关文献的查阅和梳理,分析医患双方转诊行为决策模式及转诊决策影响因素、回顾医患共同决策的现状与趋势,探讨将医患共同决策引入转诊决策之中的可行性,为更好地解释双向转诊的实现过程和更有效地推动双向转诊的持续高质量发展提供参考依据。
The healthcare providers and patients are the main actors in all medical treatment activities.Essentially,all medical treatment activities involve interactions between healthcare providers and patients.The various policy designs and management measures related to bidirectional referrals also need to influence the referral decision-making of both healthcare providers and patients in order to be effective.This paper reviews and analyzes the decision-making model and influencing factors of referral decision-making of doctors and patients,reviews the current situation and trend of patient-doctor shared decision-making,and discusses the feasibility of introducing patient-doctor shared decision-making into referral decision-making,in order to better explain the implementation process of two-way referral and more effectively promote the sustained high-quality implementation of two-way referral.
