摘要
随着医疗需求的不断增长和医疗资源分布的不均衡现象,公立医院一院多区的发展模式逐渐兴起。文章旨在探讨城市大型公立医院一院多区高质量发展面临的关键问题,并寻求制度上的突破。通过分析,揭示了管理协调、资源配置、医疗质量同质化等方面的问题。进一步提出了完善治理结构、优化资源统筹、强化质量监管等制度突破策略,以推动公立医院一院多区实现高质量可持续发展。
With the continuous growth of medical demand and the uneven distribution of medical resources,the development model of one hospital with multiple districts in public hospitals has gradually emerged.The purpose of this paper is to discuss the key issues faced by the high-quality development of urban large public hospitals,and to seek institutional breakthroughs.Through the analysis,the problems of management coordination,resource allocation,and homogeneity of medical quality were revealed.Furthermore,institutional breakthrough strategies such as improving the governance structure,optimizing the overall planning of resources,and strengthening quality supervision were put forward to promote the high-quality and sustainable development of one hospital with multiple districts in public hospitals.
