摘要
随着医疗资源整合的深入发展,多院区运营已成为公立医院扩张的主流模式,这对传统人力资源管理提出了全新挑战。本文分析了多院区人力资源管理的现状困境,包括资源配置失衡、信息孤岛效应、标准不统一等问题;构建了基于协同理论的管理系统框架,详细阐述了系统设计原则、架构组成和功能模块;深入探讨了云计算、大数据、人工智能等关键技术在实际应用中的实现路径;并通过实证分析验证了系统在提升管理效率、优化资源配置、增强员工满意度等方面的显著成效,对未来发展方向提出了建设性建议。
With the in-depth development of medical resource integration,multi-hospital operation has become the mainstream mode of public hospital expansion,which poses a new challenge to traditional human resource management.This paper analyzes the current situation of human resource management in multi-district,including the imbalance of resource allocation,the effect of information island,the inconsistency of standards and so on.The management system framework based on collaborative theory is constructed,and the system design principles,architecture composition and functional modules are described in detail.The implementation paths of key technologies such as cloud computing,big data and artificial intelligence in practical applications are discussed in depth.Besides,through empirical analysis,it verifies the remarkable results of the system in improving management efficiency,optimizing resource allocation,and enhancing employee satisfaction,and puts forward constructive suggestions for the future development direction.
