手动截止阀开关驱动螺纹咬死故障分析及结构优化

摘要 针对大口径(DN≥25 mm)高压力(PN≥12 MPa)某型号手动截止阀在使用过程中出现开关驱动螺纹咬死的故障进行了深入分析。通过故障定位和原因分析,发现故障的根本原因是阀杆U形槽的设计不合理,使得阀杆与阀瓣组件之间因滑动摩擦而产生的金属碎屑进入驱动螺纹,导致螺纹咬死。基于上述分析,本文提出了优化方案,包括调整U形槽位置、采用耐磨材料、安装轴承以及选用梯形螺纹等措施,以增强阀门的可靠性和使用寿命。通过优化设计,有效避免了螺纹咬死故障,为类似阀门的设计和改进提供了参考。 In view of the large diameter(DN≥25 mm) high pressure(PN≥12 MPa) a certain type of manual cut-off valve in the process of using the switch drive thread bite fault in-depth analysis.Through fault location and cause analysis,it is found that the root cause of the fault is the unreasonable design of the U-shaped groove of the valve stem,which makes the metal debris generated by the sliding friction between the valve stem and the valve disc assembly enter the drive thread,resulting in thread bite.Based on the above analysis,this paper proposes an optimization scheme,including adjusting the position of the U-shaped groove,using wear-resistant materials,installing bearings,and selecting trapezoidal threads to enhance the reliability and service life of the valve.By optimizing the design,the thread bite failure is effectively avoided,which provides a reference for the design and improvement of similar valves.
