摘要
本文在填料密封理论的基础上对阀杆填料密封作了进一步的理论分析,着重分析了在填料压盖预紧力与介质压力共同作用下填料的比压分布规律及填料与阀杆的摩擦力矩,并提出了相应的数学关系式。
In this paper, the valve stem stuffing-box seals was further analysed based on the theory on stuffing-box seals. It emphatically analysed the distribution of stresses in the stuffing-box and the frictional torque between the valve stem and packing, which the gland force and medium pressure commonly acted on, and offered mathematical formulas.
