摘要
分析了热电厂热工控制系统的结构组成、关键参数与节能需求,为节能策略的构建奠定基础。针对控制变量的设定与优化方法的应用,探讨了通过精准控制实现能效提升的可行性。在节能策略的实施方面,设计了详细的能效监测方案,分析了自适应控制和大数据分析的辅助作用,探讨其在系统动态调整中的应用潜力。通过实施效果的多维度评估,提出一套持续改进机制,持续提高系统的适应能力,使其更好地适应复杂工况,提升热电厂的整体能效,为工业节能和可持续发展提供有力支撑。
This study analyzes the structural composition,key parameters,and energy-saving requirements of the thermal control system in thermal power plants,laying the foundation for the construction of energy-saving strategies.Subsequently,the feasibility of achieving energy efficiency improvement through precise control was explored by applying control variable settings and optimization methods.In terms of implementing energy-saving strategies,a detailed energy efficiency monitoring plan has been designed,and the auxiliary effects of adaptive control and big data analysis have been analyzed to explore their potential application in system dynamic adjustment.Through multidimensional evaluation of implementation effects,a continuous improvement mechanism is proposed to continuously enhance the system's adaptability to complex working conditions,improve the overall energy efficiency of thermal power plants,and provide strong support for industrial energy conservation and sustainable development.
