现货交易背景下火电厂公用系统节能降碳策略与实践应用研究

摘要 在电力现货市场电价波动加剧与“双碳”目标双重约束下,火电厂面临效益与环保双重挑战。本文以某热电公司为例,提出公用系统“错峰”用能及运行优化策略,通过对脱硫制浆、化学制水等公用设备错峰调控,以及对压缩空气系统、机组启动策略、辅机循环水泵运行优化,实现节能效益与环境效益的双重提升。实践表明,该策略实现年度节约用电351.4万kWh,节能收益131.4万元,年减少二氧化碳排放1450吨,可为同类企业提供参考。 Against the dual constraints of intensified electricity price fluctuations in the spot market and the"Dual Carbon"goals,thermal power plants face challenges in balancing economic benefits and environmental requirements.Taking a thermoelectric company as an example,this paper proposes an energy-saving and carbon-reduction strategy focusing on"peak-shifting"energy use and operational optimization of public systems.Through peak-shifting regulation of public equipment such as desulfurization slurry preparation and chemical water treatment,as well as operational optimization of compressed air systems,unit startup strategies,and auxiliary circulating water pumps,the strategy achieves reduced auxiliary power consumption rate and increased power sales revenue.Practices show that the strategy yields an annual energy-saving benefit of 1.31million yuan peak-shifting measures,reduces CO_(2) emissions by 1,450 tons/year,tons of carbon dioxide emissions,providing a reference for similar enterprises。
