摘要
目的 观察导管球囊扩张术联合吞咽-摄食训练对脑卒中后吞咽障碍的疗效。方法 将本院收治的脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者80例随机均分为常规康复组(接受常规康复治疗)与联合组(在常规康复组基础上接受导管球囊扩张术联合吞咽-摄食训练)。比较两组患者治疗前后的洼田饮水试验评分、标准吞咽功能评分以及临床疗效和不良反应发生情况。结果 治疗后,两组患者的洼田饮水试验评分和标准吞咽功能评分均降低(P<0.05),且联合组低于常规康复组(P<0.05)。联合组总有效率高于常规康复组(P<0.05)。两组均未发生严重不良反应,且两组轻度不良反应比较,差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论 导管球囊扩张术联合吞咽-摄食训练能够有效改善脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者的吞咽功能和生存质量,提高临床疗效,安全性高,值得临床推广应用。
Aim To observe the therapeutic effects of catheter balloon dilation combined with swallowing feeding training on post-stroke dysphagia.Methods Eighty patients with post-stroke dysphagia admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into a conventional rehabilitation group(receiving routine rehabilitation treatment) and an combined group(receiving catheter balloon dilation combined with swallowing feeding training on the basis of the conventional rehabilitation group).The Wada drinking water test scores,standard swallowing function scores before and after treatment,and clinical efficacy,incidence of adverse reactions between two groups of patients were compared.Results After treatment,the scores of Wada drinking water test and standard swallowing function in both groups of patients were decreased(P<0.05),and the combined group was lower than the conventional rehabilitation group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the combined group was higher than that of the conventional rehabilitation group(P<0.05).Neither group experienced serious adverse reactions,and there was no significant difference in mild adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of catheter balloon dilation and swallowing feeding training can effectively improve the swallowing function and quality of life of patients with post-stroke swallowing dysfunction,enhance clinical efficacy,and have high safety.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
