摘要
目的观察针刺联合康复训练治疗帕金森病患者吞咽障碍的临床疗效。方法选取40例帕金森病合并吞咽障碍的患者,将其分为对照组和治疗组,2组在常规治疗的基础上,对照组给予吞咽康复训练,治疗组在对照组基础上联合咽三针、止颤八针治疗,观察2组患者吞咽功能的改善程度。结果 2组患者的吞咽功能均有所改善,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05),且治疗组临床疗效优于对照组(P <0.05)。结论咽三针、止颤八针联合康复训练能够有效改善帕金森病患者吞咽障碍。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training on dysphagia in patients with Parkinson’s disease. Methods Forty patients with Parkinson’s disease and dysphagia admitted to department of encephalopathy of the Affiliated Hospital of Shaanxi University of Chinese Medicine from September 2018 to May 2019 were enrolled in the control group and the treatment group. The two groups were based on conventional treatment,the control group was given swallowing rehabilitation training. The treatment group was treated with pharynx three-needle and tremor-ceasing eight-needle on the basis of the control group. The improvement of swallowing function was observed in the two groups. Results The swallowing function of both groups was improved, the dif ference was statistically significant(P<0.05), and the clinical effect of the treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Combined resuscitation of pharynx three-needle and tremor-ceasing eight-needle can effectively improve dysphagia in patients with Parkinson’s disease.
