摘要
在新时代中国特色社会主义伟大征程中,医学院校作为培养高水平医学人才的重要阵地,其研究生思想政治教育工作面临着前所未有的机遇与挑战。本文旨在分析当前某医学院校研究生思想政治教育现状,探讨其存在的问题,并提出针对性的建议,为提升医学研究生的思想政治素质和综合能力、培养德才兼备的医学人才提供参考。
In the great journey of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era,medical colleges,as important battlefields for cultivating advanced medical personnel,postgraduates Ideological&Political education is facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges.This article aims to analyze the status of Ideological&Political education for postgraduates in a medical college,explore the existing problems,and propose targeted suggestions,providing reference for improving the Ideological&Political quality and comprehensive ability of medical postgraduates,and cultivating medical personnel with morality and capability.
