摘要
面对研究生思想政治教育出现一系列的新情况和新问题,构建教育主体协调、教育内容整合、教育载体配合和教育模式结合的协同机制是增强研究生思想政治教育实效性的有效途径。增强研究生思想政治教育的协同,要从教育总体目标和任务出发,加强顶层设计和顶层推动,进一步优化组织结构,建立健全规章制度,营造协同工作的文化氛围。
Problems in postgraduate ideological and political education make it necessary to develop a coordinative mechanism that effectively integrates various subjects, contents, forms and modes. To facilitate such coordination, endeavors should be made to strengthen the overall designs of postgraduate education, optimize organization, formulate regulations and establish a coordinative cultural atmosphere.
