摘要 现有的舰船自动检测和预警系统吃水量检测的偏差较大,针对此问题重新设计一个舰船异常状态的自动检测和预警系统。分别从硬件和软件两方面完成系统的设计,硬件方面设计了一体化雷达机测量船距和船速,规范了雷达机的数据发送格式和测试信号的发送过程,通过安装激光扫描装置完成舰船越界的探测和预警;软件方面采用了PID算法控制检测门同步升降,利用比例、积分、微分的组合缩短之后时延。对比实验结果表明,设计系统的测量值最大误差和平均误差分别比传统系统减小4.64 cm,2.81 cm,验证了设计系统的有效性。 The deviation of the existing automatic detection and early warning system for water intake detection is large. To solve this problem, an automatic detection and early warning system for ship abnormal state is redesigned. The system is designed from two aspects of hardware and software. In hardware, the integrated radar is designed to measure the ship distance and speed, standardize the data transmission format and the transmission process of test signal of the radar, and complete the detection and pre alarm of ship crossing the border by installing laser scanning device. In software, PID algorithm is used to control the detection door to rise and fall synchronously, and proportion, integral and micro are used The combination of sub and sub shortens the time delay, so that the design of automatic detection and early warning system of ship abnormal state is completed. According to the experimental results, the maximum and average errors of the measurement values of the designed system are 4.64 cm and 2.81 cm less than those of the traditional system, respectively, which verifies the effectiveness of the designed system.
