摘要
传统有线Modbus通信协议在安全中控系统信息帧发送过程中无法实现多指令同时操作,造成信息通信时间较长,对此,研究无线Modbus通信协议在舰船安全中控系统信息化中的应用。在Modbus通信协议中确定无线传输技术,优化消息传输方式和消息帧格式,建立新的Modbus现场总线通信结构。详细设计了中控系统控制的设备连接方式,判断中控系统信息通信状态并设计参数,完成无线Modbus通信协议在舰船安全中控系统信息化中的应用研究。结果表明,应用无线Modbus通信协议的舰船安全中控系统在通信过程中可以减少字节传输数量,缩短等待时间。
The traditional wired Modbus communication protocol can not realize the simultaneous operation of multiple instructions in the process of sending the information frame of the secure central control system,resulting in a long time of information communication.Therefore,the application of wireless Modbus communication protocol in the informatization of the ship safe central control system is studied.Determine wireless transmission technology in Modbus communication protocol,optimize message transmission mode and message frame format,establish a new Modbus fieldbus communication structure,design the connection mode of equipment controlled by the central control system in detail,judge the information communication status of the central control system and design parameters.The application research of wireless Modbus communication protocol in informatization of ship safety central control system is completed.The results show that the ship safety central control system using wireless Modbus communication protocol can reduce the number of byte transmission and shorten the waiting time in the communication process.
