舰船机械部件数控加工精度控制方法研究 被引量:7

摘要 针对当前舰船机械部件数控加工精度控制方法的数控电机与控制器同步差值较大,导致部件数控加工精度控制稳定性和准确性下降,影响高精度部件的良品率的问题,提出舰船机械部件数控加工精度控制方法。采集数控作业过程中设备作业相关参量数据,优化数控设备控制信号,引入非平稳机械特征信号特征算法,规范数控设备作业量。提取数控设备振动产生脉冲信号对应系数量,计算数控设备作业过程中电机转速控制变量,优化作业电机转速控制量。根据数控设备控制的PID控制逻辑,同步校对控制器控制信号,完成舰船机械部件数控加工精度控制。实验结果表明,本控制方法的数控电机与控制器同步差值较小,能够有效提高部件数控加工精度控制稳定性和准确性。 Aiming at the problem that the synchronous difference between CNC motor and controller is large in the current CNC machining accuracy control method of ship mechanical parts, which leads to the decline of the stability and accuracy of CNC machining accuracy control of parts and affects the yield of high-precision parts, this paper puts forward the CNC machining accuracy control method of ship mechanical parts. In order to standardize the operation quantity of CNC equipment, the parameter data of equipment operation in the process of CNC operation are collected, the control signal of CNC equipment is optimized, and the characteristic algorithm of non-stationary mechanical characteristic signal is introduced. The corresponding number of pulse signals generated by the vibration of CNC equipment is extracted, and the motor speed control variables in the operation process of CNC equipment are calculated to optimize the motor speed control. According to the PID control logic of CNC equipment control, the control signal of the controller is checked synchronously to complete the CNC machining accuracy control of ship mechanical parts. The experimental results show that the synchronous difference between the motor and the controller is small, which can effectively improve the stability and accuracy of CNC machining accuracy control.
