菲迪亚数控机床机械谐振问题及抑制方法研究 被引量:4

摘要 根据菲迪亚数控机床伺服系统结构及其特点进行建模,从理论上对数控机床机械谐振产生的机理进行研究,并应用于机床高精度、复杂表面工件的加工。同时结合具体案例进行分析,总结出应用于菲迪亚数控机床参数优化及机械谐振抑制的策略。 Modelingbased on the drive structure and characteristics of FIDIA CNC machine tool,this paper studies the mechanism of mechanical resonance of CNC machine tool in theory,and applies it in the machining of high-precision and complex surface parts.Meanwhile,based on the analysis of specific cases,the paper summarizes the strategy of parameter optimization and mechanical resonance suppression applied to FIDIA CNC machine tool.
