影响船舶零件数控加工精度因素的建模研究

摘要 由于在利用原有方法进行影响船舶零件数控加工精度的因素建模研究时,在伺服系统定位精度为71.53%~90.53%的范围内,存在坐标轴跟随误差模拟精度较低的问题,因此提出一种新的影响船舶零件数控加工精度因素的建模研究方法。首先构建船舶零件数控加工机床的平动轴传动模型。接着构建船舶零件数控加工机床的旋转轴传动模型。根据构建的平动轴传动模型与旋转轴传动模型,构建船舶零件数控加工精度影响因素模型,实现影响船舶零件数控加工精度因素的建模研究。通过进行对比实验可知,该方法的坐标轴跟随误差模拟精度高于原有方法,实现了性能提升。 When the original method is used to model the factors affecting the machining accuracy of ship parts, there is a problem that the simulation accuracy of coordinate axis following error is low when the positioning accuracy of servo system is 71.53%~90.53%. Therefore, a new modeling method of factors affecting the NC machining accuracy of ship parts is proposed. Firstly, the translational shaft transmission model of ship parts CNC machine tool is constructed. Then, the rotary shaft transmission model of CNC machine tool for ship parts is constructed. According to the translational shaft transmission model and the rotating shaft transmission model, the influencing factors model of ship parts NC machining accuracy is constructed, and the modeling research on the factors affecting the ship parts CNC machining accuracy is realized. Through the comparative experiment, we can see that the simulation accuracy of the coordinate axis following error of this method is higher than that of the original method, and the performance is improved.
