摘要
探索适宜的保护与更新方法对工人新村的未来发展具有重要现实意义。本研究采用文献分析法和AHP层次分析法,构建了适用于工人新村的价值评价体系,并以天津丁字沽工人新村为例,通过现场发放调查问卷的方式开展价值评估工作,以价值评价结果为依据,将研究区域划分为历史保护单元、更新改造单元和保持单元3种类型,提出了分区域发展策略,以期为工人新村的遗产保护和社区更新提供新的研究路径。
The exploration of suitable preservation and renewal methods is of great practical significance for the future development of workers'new villages.This research establishes a value evaluation system applicable to the workers'new villages using the literature analysis method and the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP),with Tianjin's Dingzigu Workers'New Village as a case study.Value evaluation was conducted through on-site questionnaire surveys,and based on the results,the research area was categorized into three types:heritage preservation unit',renewal unit',and'maintenance unit'.Corresponding development strategies are proposed for eachunit,providing new research pathways for future heritage preservation and community renewal of workers'new villages.
