摘要
通过对中央花园和风华天城两个住宅小区的分析,比较了封闭式小区与开放式小区的安全性、道路系统、公共设施、社会性等,在指出从封闭到开放是时代的进步的同时,强调只有把握开放的合适程度,才是住区与城市的健康发展之路。
This article, through analysis of two residential districts ＂Central Garden＂ and ＂Fenghua City＂, compares closed districts and open districts on safety, road and public facilities, and social characteristics. It points out that although generally transition from closed to open districts is advancement, appropriate extent of openness is the foundation of healthy development for communities and cities.
