摘要
考察住宅标准设计的苏联原型、1950年代在中国的发展历程以及标准单元平面的演进,指出住宅标准设计是单元式住宅开始大量兴起的历史的集中体现,是中国现代城市集合住宅的原点。
By examining the Soviet prototype, this paper investigates the development of housing standard design in China as welt as the evolution of standard plan for apartment units in the 1950s, and argues that housing standard design epitomized the rise of multiunit housing and should be considered as the genesis of collective housing in modern Chinese cities,
