摘要
研究以皮革行业环境工程管理为核心,通过文献分析与实地调研相结合的方法,系统探讨了当前皮革行业在环保意识、管理制度、监管机制、政策法规及人才培养等方面存在的问题。研究发现,皮革行业普遍存在环保意识淡薄、管理制度缺失、监管机制松散、政策法规滞后及专业技术人才匮乏等挑战。针对这些问题,研究提出了一系列改进措施,包括强化从业人员环保意识、建立健全环境工程管理制度、完善动态监管机制、优化政策法规体系以及加强专业人才培养与培训。研究结论表明,通过系统化的环境工程管理改进,能够有效推动皮革行业向绿色、可持续方向发展,实现经济效益与生态效益的协同提升。
This study focuses on environmental engineering management in the leather industry,employing a combination of literature analysis and field research to systematically examine current challenges in environmental awareness,management systems,regulatory mechanisms,policy frameworks,and professional training.The findings reveal prevalent issues in the industry,including weak environmental consciousness,inadequate management systems,lax regulatory oversight,outdated policies,and a shortage of skilled professionals.To address these challenges,the study proposes a series of improvement measures:enhancing environmental awareness among practitioners,establishing robust environmental management systems,implementing dynamic regulatory mechanisms,optimizing policy and legal frameworks,and strengthening professional training and talent development.The research concludes that systematic improvements in environmental engineering management can effectively steer the leather industry toward green and sustainable development,achieving a synergistic balance between economic and ecological benefits.
