摘要
随着社会的发展变化,人们的环保意识不断增强,环境法规也日渐严格。皮革行业在生产过程中会产生废水,如处理不好则会对环境造成影响。本文分析了环境规制的含义和主要规制的形式,结合环境规制影响皮革生产的表现,提出了环境规制下皮革行业绿色发展路径,阐述了环境规制下皮革企业创新的形式与对策。
With the development and change of society, people’s awareness of environmental protection is constantly enhanced, and environmental regulations will be increasingly strict.The leather industry produces wastewater in the production process, and if it is not treated well, it will have an impact on the environment.This paper analyzed the meaning of environmental regulation and the main forms of regulation, combined with the performance of environmental regulation affecting leather production, put forward the green development path of leather industry under environmental regulation, and expounded the forms and countermeasures of leather enterprise innovation under environmental regulation.
