可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)以强大的逻辑控制能力、丰富的输入输出接口以及对复杂生产环境的适应性,为食品包装生产线的智能化转型提供了强有力的技术支撑。概述了PLC的内涵和优势,分析了食品包装生产流程特点和自动化控制需求,探讨了PLC控制技术在食品包装生产线中的具体应用,以期为行业的未来发展提供理论和实践参考。
Programmable Logic Controller(PLC)provides strong technical support for the intelligent transformation of food packaging production line with its powerful logic control ability,rich input and output interfaces and adaptability to complex production environment.This paper outlines the connotation and advantages of PLC,analyzes the characteristics of food packaging production process and the needs of automatic control,and discusses the specific application of PLC control technology in food packaging production line,in order to provide theoretical and practical reference for the future development of the industry.
