摘要
随着食品工业的快速发展,食品机械电气控制技术的现代化和自动化水平日益提高。本文介绍了食品机械的分类和电气控制的基本要求,详细阐述了基于可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)的食品机械电气控制设计,包括控制系统总体设计、PLC选型与配置以及输入输出模块设计。探讨了基于PLC的食品机械电气控制的实现过程,包括硬件实现、软件实现和系统调试。重点分析了基于PLC的食品机械电气控制的关键技术,如高速计数与定位控制技术、伺服控制技术、通信与网络技术、安全保护与故障诊断技术以及节能与环保技术。
With the rapid development of the food industry,the modernization and automation level of electrical control technology of food machinery are increasing day by day.This paper introduces the classification of food machinery and the basic requirements of electrical control,and then elaborates on the electrical control design of food machinery based on programmable logic controller(PLC),including the overall design of the control system,the selection and configuration of PLC,and the design of input and output modules.This paper discusses the implementation process of PLC-based electrical control of food machinery,including hardware implementation,software implementation and system debugging.This paper focuses on the analysis of the key technologies of electrical control of food machinery based on PLC,such as high-speed counting and positioning control technology,servo control technology,communication and network technology,safety protection and fault diagnosis technology,and energy-saving and environmental protection technology.
