摘要
本研究对中国科学技术协会和教育部携手推出的“中学生科技创新后备人才培养计划”(简称“英才计划”)实施多年的教育成效进行考察,主要立足于学生的经验世界,也将科协的组织协调、高中和高校的配合参与纳入讨论范围,收集了参与该计划的学生、教师及项目工作人员的亲身经历与深刻感悟,从选才、育才、鉴才三方面揭示拔尖创新人才从基础教育阶段到高等教育阶段的成长轨迹。本研究通过呈现“英才计划”的学员如何经历识别和选拔、培养、评估考核的过程,揭示了在学业竞争大众化的社会背景下,其培养路径是如何嵌入整个教育系统的,并据此回应了基础教育阶段如何培养拔尖创新人才的问题。
This study examines the effectiveness of the“Yingcai Programme”,which has been implemented for many years,mainly based on students’experience world,but also includes the organization and coordination of the association,the cooperation and participation of high schools and universities.Through semi-structured interviews and the content analysis research method,the personal experience and profound perception of students,teachers and project staff are carefully collected,so as to reveal the three aspects of the programme:selecting,nurturing and identifying talents.It reveals how the cultivation path is embedded in the whole education system under the social background of mass academic competition,and responds to the question of how to cultivate top innovative talents from the basic education stage.
