摘要
中医适宜技术以其丰富的临床经验和显著的疗效,在辅助生殖领域的作用日益突显,与现代辅助生殖技术相结合,共同提高了治疗的成功率,为不孕不育患者带来了新的希望和治疗途径。但由于目前高质量的临床研究证据有限,该领域尚无系统的中医适宜技术治疗指南。共识结合文献定性、定量研究和全国专家意见,根据辅助生殖的不同时期推荐相应的方案,旨在规范中医适宜技术在围辅助生殖期的临床实践。
The traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)appropriate technique,with extensive clinical experience and notable therapeutic effects,are widely used as an adjunct to assisted reproductive technology(ART),which may improve the rate of pregnancy and bring new hope and therapeutic method to infertile patients.However,due to the limited availability of high-quality clinical research evidence,there is currently no systematic guideline for the TCM appropriate technique in this field.This consensus,which integrates qualitative and quantitative literature research and nationwide expert opinions,recommends corresponding treatments tailored to different stages of ART.It aims to standardize the clinical practice of TCM appropriate technique during the ART treatment cycle.
