摘要
目的探讨诺丁斯关怀理论指导下互动式护理干预在支原体肺炎患儿中的应用效果。方法采用便利抽样法,选取2020年2月—2023年6月吉林大学中日联谊医院收治的150例支原体肺炎患儿及其家属为研究对象。采用简单随机数表法将研究对象分为干预组和对照组,各75例。对照组予以常规护理,干预组在对照组护理基础上予以诺丁斯关怀理论指导下的互动式护理。比较干预后两组患儿的治疗依从性和家属护理满意度,干预前后患儿的生活质量与负性情绪。结果干预后,干预组患儿的治疗依从性及家属护理满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,两组患儿的儿童焦虑情绪障碍筛查量表中广泛性焦虑、学校焦虑、社交恐惧、分离性焦虑和躯体化5个维度评分均低于干预前(P<0.05),且干预组患儿的各维度评分低于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,患儿的儿童青少年生活质量量表中社会心理功能、生理心理健康、生活环境、生活满意度4个领域评分均高于干预前(P<0.05),且干预组患儿各领域评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论诺丁斯关怀理论指导下互动式护理干预应用于支原体肺炎患儿中可有效提高其治疗依从性,缓解负性情绪并改善其生活质量,提高家属护理满意度,值得在临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the effectiveness of the interactive nursing guided by the Noddings'care theory in children with mycoplasma pneumonia.Methods Convenience sampling was used to select 150 children with mycoplasma pneumonia admitted to the China-Japan Union Hospital of Jilin University from February 2020 to June 2023 and their families for the study.The simple random number table method was used to divide the research subjects into intervention group and control group of 75 cases each.Control group was treated with conventional nursing,and intervention group was given interactive nursing guided by the Noddings'care theory on the basis of control group.Treatment adherence and family care satisfaction after the intervention,quality of life and negative emotions of the children before and after the intervention were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the treatment compliance and family care satisfaction of the children in intervention group were higher than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of the five dimensions of generalized anxiety,school anxiety,social fear,separation anxiety and somatization in the Screen for Child Anxiety Related Emotional Disorders were lower than those before intervention in both groups,the scores of the dimensions in intervention group were lower than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores in the four domains of psychosocial functioning,physical and mental health,living environment,and life satisfaction in the Children and Adolescents'Quality of Life Scale were higher than those before intervention,the scores of all domains of the children in intervention group were higher than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Interactive nursing guided by the Noddings'care theory in children with mycoplasma pneumonia can effectively increase treatment adherence,alleviate negative emotions and improve quality of life,and enhance the family's satisfaction with nursing care,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
