摘要
目的探讨以焦点解决短期治疗和诺丁斯关怀理论为基础的护理干预对改善食管癌患者负性情绪和生活质量的效果。方法采用便利抽样法,选择2016年1月-2019年1月绍兴市中心医院收治的83例食管癌患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将患者分为对照组和干预组,对照组采用常规护理,干预组在此基础上实施以焦点解决短期治疗和诺丁斯关怀理论为基础的护理干预。比较两组患者负性情绪、自我效能感、生活质量和护理满意度。结果干预后,干预组患者SAS、SDS评分低于对照组患者;正性态度、自我减压、自我决策及自我效能感总分均高于对照组患者;除经济困难外,干预组患者生活质量各维度得分均较对照组改善;干预组患者护理满意度高于对照组;差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论以焦点解决短期治疗和诺丁斯关怀理论为基础的护理干预可以提高食管癌患者自我效能感、生活质量和护理满意度,降低焦虑、抑郁程度,值得临床推广。
Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention based on solution-focused brief therapy combined with Noddings'caring theory on improving negative emotions and quality of life in patients with esophageal carcinoma.Methods A total of 83 patients with esophageal carcinoma who were admitted to Shaoxing Central Hospital from January 2016 to January 2019 were selected as the research objects by the convenient sampling method.Patients were divided into the control group and the intervention group according to the random number table method.The control group was given routine nursing,while the intervention group was given nursing intervention based on solution-focused brief therapy combined with Noddings'caring theory.The negative emotions,self-efficacy,quality of life and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention,the SAS and SDS scores of the intervention group were lower than those of the control group,while the scores of positive attitude,self-decompression,self-decision and total score of self-efficacy were all higher than those of the control group.Except for financial difficulties,the scores of all dimensions of the quality of life of the intervention group were improved compared with the control group.The nursing satisfaction of the intervention group was higher than that of the control group.The differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Nursing intervention based on solution-focused brief therapy combined with Noddings'caring theory can improve self-efficacy,quality of life and nursing satisfaction of patients with esophageal carcinoma and reduce anxiety and depression,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
