钒渣钙化焙烧物相变化及热力学动力学分析 被引量:1

Thermodynamic and Kinetic Analysis for Phase Transition of Vanadium Slag by Calcified Roasting

摘要 对钒渣原料及钙化焙烧过程进行研究,并采用反应热力学和动力学对其焙烧机理进行理论论证。结果表明:钙化焙烧主要包括铁氧化、橄榄石氧化分解、尖晶石氧化分解及钙化反应;经理论和数据分析,含钙相的形成顺序依次为CaV_(2)O_(6)、Ca_(2)V_(2)O_(7)、Ca_(3)V_(2)O_(8)、CaSiO_(3)。高温情况下,过量的CaO会与钒反应生成Ca_(3)V_(2)O_(8)、CaSiO_(3)。钒尖晶石的氧化钙化过程受三级反应控制,表观活化能为282.45kJ/mol。浸出实验中,焙烧温度860℃、焙烧时间120min所得焙烧渣的钒浸出率较高,与钙化焙烧理论分析结果一致。 Vanadium slag,as raw material,went through calcified roasting processes in the study,and the thermodynamics and kinetic analysis were conducted for verifying the roasting mechanism.The results show that calcified roasting process mainly includes iron oxidation,oxidative decomposition of olivine and spinel,as well as calcification.Based on theoretical and data analysis,calcium-containing phases are formed in the following sequence:CaV_(2)O_(6),Ca_(2)V_(2)O_(7),Ca_(3)V_(2)O_(8),CaSiO_(3).At a high temperature,excess CaO reacts with vanadium to generate Ca_(3)V_(2)O_(8) and CaSiO_(3).The oxidation and calcification processes of vanadium spinel are controlled by a third-order reaction,and the apparent activation energy is 282.45 kJ/mol.In the leaching experiment,the leaching rate reaches the maximum after roasting at 860℃for 120 min,which is consistent with the results obtained from theoretical analysis of calcified roasting process.
