摘要
评述了用富钒液制取五氧化二钒的研究进展,并从效率、环保等方面对沉钒工艺进行了分析。首先,对常规沉钒方法在沉钒时带来的影响和其特点进行了表述。其中,铵盐沉钒是目前工业上常用的沉钒手段;酸性铵盐沉钒流程较短且沉钒率高,弱碱性铵盐沉钒可以在常温下作业,耗酸量小。其次,列举了两种新型沉钒方法:梯级阳离子置换法和三氯氰胺沉钒法。指出这两种沉钒新工艺弥补了常规沉钒工艺在沉钒时的缺点,但离工业运用还有一段路要走。最后,针对这两种新型沉钒方法,指出今后可从沉钒机理和杂质对沉钒影响等方面进行深入研究,以便从高浓度钒液中清洁高效制取高纯五氧化二钒。
The research progress of preparing vanadium pentoxide using vanadium-rich liquid was reviewed,and the efficiency and environmental protection of vanadium precipitation process were analyzed.Firstly,the influence and characteristics of conventional vanadium precipitation methods are described,among which,ammonium salt precipitation is a commonly used method in industry.The acid ammonium salt vanadium precipitation process is short and the vanadium precipitation rate is high.The weak alkaline ammonium salt vanadium precipitation can be operated at room temperature and the acid consumption is low.Secondly,two new vanadium precipitation methods-cascade cation exchange method and melamine precipitation method are listed.These two new vanadium precipitation processes make up for the shortcomings of the conventional vanadium precipitation process in vanadium precipitation,but there is still a way to go from industrial application.Finally,for these two new vanadium precipitation methods,it is pointed out that in the future,in-depth research should be conducted on the mechanism of vanadium precipitation and the impact of impurities on vanadium precipitation,so that the vanadium precipitation process can produce high-purity vanadium pentoxide from high concentration vanadium liquid cleanly and efficiently.
