Exploitation and Development of Vanadium Extraction from Stone Coal in China

摘要 对我国石煤矿分布状况、石煤中钒的赋存状态、钒及钒化合物的用途进行了介绍,阐述了石煤矿钠化焙烧提钒、钙化氧化焙烧提钒、无盐焙烧提钒、直接酸(碱)浸出提钒工艺及石煤矿的选矿富集情况,对每种石煤提钒工艺的优缺点和适用性进行了比较,并对石煤提钒发展方向进行了展望。 The distribution of stone coal ore in China, the occurrence of vanadium in stone coal and the usage of vanadium and vanadium compounds were introduced. The technology of vanadium extraction from stone coal, such as by sodium salt roasting, calcification oxidizing roasting, non-salt roasting and direct acid (alkali) leaching, and enrichment by beneficiation of stone coal ore were expounded. Meanwhile, the advantages and disadvantages, as well as its applicability of every vanadium extraction technology were all analyzed by comparison between each other, with future development of vanadium extraction from stone coal was also prospected.
