摘要
目的:探讨肠息肉患者采用内镜下黏膜切除术(EMR)治疗的临床效果及对肠激素水平的影响。方法:选取2022年1月~2023年12月本院收治的共计106例肠息肉患者,以随机数字表法分成研究组(n=53)与对照组(n=53),对照组给予内镜下电凝切除术治疗,研究组给予EMR治疗,对两组围手术期指标、肠激素水平及并发症进行比较。结果:研究组术中出血量较对照组更少(P<0.05),手术、胃肠功能恢复及住院时间更短(P<0.05);术后两组胃动素(MOT)、胃泌素(GAS)水平下降(P<0.05),血管活性肠肽(VIP)水平升高(P<0.05),研究组MOT、GAS水平较对照组更低(P<0.05),VIP水平更高(P<0.05);统计并发症发生率,研究组为3.77%(2/53)较对照组的20.75%(11/53)更低(P<0.05)。结论:EMR应用于肠息肉患者治疗中,能够促进围手术期指标改善,促进住院时间缩短及患者早日恢复,促进肠激素水平改善,降低并发症发生风险。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of endoscopic mucosal resection(EMR)in patients with intestinal polyps and its impact on intestinal hormone levels.Methods:A total of 106 intestinal polyp patients admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were divided into the research group(n=53)and the control group(n=53)by random numerical table method.The control group was treated with endoscopic electrocoagulation,and the research group was treated with EMR.The perioperative indicators,intestinal hormone levels and complications of the two groups were compared.Results:The amount of bleeding in the study group was less than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the recovery of surgery,gastrointestinal function and hospitalization time was shorter(P<0.05);The levels of motrin(MOT)and gastrin(GAS)in the two groups after surgery decreased(P<0.05),and the level of vascular active intestinal peptide(VIP)was higher(P<0.05),and the level of MOT and GAS in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05)and the VIP level was higher(P<0.05);According to the statistical incidence of complications,the study group was 3.77%(2/53)lower than the control group’s 20.75%(11/53)(P<0.05).Conclusion:EMR is used in the treatment of intestinal polyp patients,which can promote the improvement of perioperative indicators,shorten the hospitalization time and the early recovery of patients,promote the improvement of intestinal hormone levels,and reduce the risk of complications.
