摘要
目的分析影响结肠息肉患者冷圈套器切除术后发生瞬时性出血的相关因素。方法回顾性分析2022年3月—2023年5月于佛山市第五人民医院进行结肠息肉冷圈套器切除术后发生瞬时性出血的40例结肠息肉患者为研究组,选择同期术后未发生瞬时性出血的40例结肠息肉患者为对照组。比较两组患者的基本资料和临床指标,分析影响结肠息肉患者冷圈套器切除术后发生瞬时性出血的相关因素,并进行对应防治措施分析。结果两组患者的创面出血、创面直径、血肿和病理比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Logistic回归分析表明,创面直径和病理是引起结肠息肉患者冷圈套器切除术后发生瞬时性出血的独立危险因素(OR=3.532、2.497,P<0.05)。结论结肠息肉患者冷圈套器切除术后发生瞬时性出血与其创面直径和病理有关。
Objective To analyze the factors affecting the occurrence of transient bleeding in patients with colon polyps after cold snare resection.Methods From March 2022 to May 2023,40 patients with colonic polyps who had transient bleeding after colonic polyp cold snare resection in the Fifth People's Hospital of Foshan were retrospectively analyzed as the study group,and 40 patients with colonic polyps who did not have transient bleeding during the same period were selected as the control group.Comparison of two groups of patients with basic information and clinical indicators,analysis influence patients with colon polyps instantaneity bleeding occurred after cold snare resection of related factors,and corresponding prevention measures is analyzed.Results Compared with the wound bleeding,wound diameter,hematoma and pathology of the patients in the two group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that wound diameter and pathology were independent risk factors for transient bleeding after cold snare resection in patients with colon polyps(OR=3.532,2.497,P<0.05).Conclusion The occurrence of transient bleeding after cold snare resection in patients with colon polyps is related to the wound diameter and pathology.
