摘要
目的分析内镜下黏膜切除术与圈套器冷切术在结肠息肉治疗中应用的效果。方法选取2021年1月—2023年1月在南京鼓楼医院集团宿迁医院(徐州医科大学附属宿迁医院)接受结肠息肉手术治疗的患者128例为研究对象,随机分为两组,每组64例。对照组行圈套器冷切术,观察组行内镜下黏膜切除术。比较两组患者各项手术指标水平、炎症因子水平、治疗效果及患者术后并发症的发生率。结果观察组患者手术时间(64.03±4.61)min,短于对照组(67.15±5.26)min,差异有统计学意义(t=3.569,P=0.001)。两组术中出血量、住院时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗前,两组患者炎症因子水平对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后,观察组炎症因子水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.027)。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.016)。结论与内镜下黏膜切除术相比,圈套器冷切术实施的手术时间较短,且能有效改善患者的炎症因子水平,提升患者临床治疗效果的同时降低患者并发症的发生率。
Objective To analyze the effect of endoscopic mucosal resection and cold resection with snare device ap⁃plied in the treatment of colonic polyps.Methods A total of 128 patients who received surgical treatment for colon pol⁃yps in Suqian Hospital of Nanjing Gulou Hospital Group(Suqian Hospital Affiliated to Xuzhou Medical University)from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were randomly divided into two groups,with 64 cases in each group.The control group underwent cold resection with snare,and the observation group under⁃went endoscopic mucosal resection.The levels of surgical indicators,inflammatory factors,therapeutic effects and post⁃operative complications were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time of observation group was(64.03±4.61)min,which was shorter than that of control group(67.15±5.26)min,and the difference was statistically significant(t=3.569,P=0.001).There was no statistically significant difference in intraoperative blood loss and hospi⁃tal stay between the two groups(P>0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the lev⁃els of inflammatory factors between the two groups(P>0.05).After operation,the levels of inflammatory factors in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statisti⁃cally significant(P=0.027).The complication rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.016).Conclusion Compared with endoscopic mucosal resection,the operation time of cold resection with snare is shorter,and it can effectively improve the level of inflammatory factors in patients,improve the clinical treatment effect of patients,and reduce the incidence of complications.
